Commitment Premium Terms

Effective August 24, 2026

Commitment Premium is an automatically renewing monthly subscription sold through Google Play. The price, currency, billing period, taxes, and any eligible offer are displayed by Google Play before confirmation.

Included access

Premium provides access to Commitment's hosted AI features without requiring a personal OpenAI API key. It includes up to 250 AI requests per calendar month and is also subject to an included AI processing allowance designed to control unusually expensive usage. Daily usage is limited to 30 requests. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC at the start of the applicable day or month. Unused allowance does not roll over.

Renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally leaves Premium active through the paid period, subject to Google Play's refund and subscription policies.

Availability

AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before acting on it. Service can be interrupted by network, provider, maintenance, safety, or legal constraints. Commitment may adjust models or reasonable usage limits prospectively to keep the service reliable; material subscription changes will be disclosed as required by Google Play.

Personal API keys

Using a personal OpenAI API key is separate from Premium. Charges generated with that key belong to the user's OpenAI account and are not covered by the Commitment subscription.
