Delete your Commitment account and data
Commitment Task Management
You can request permanent deletion of the Firebase identity created by Commitment, whether anonymous or linked to Google, and the cloud data associated with it.
Submit a deletion request
- Open Commitment and note the signed-in Google email address or local user ID, if shown.
- Email mmm.mor6164198@gmail.com with the subject Commitment account deletion request. Include the Google email address used with Commitment or the local user ID so we can locate the correct account.
- We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to your account. Do not send passwords, API keys, or payment-card information.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the Firebase identity and associated profile, private cloud backup, messaging token, circle membership, cloud commitments and cancellation records controlled by that identity, and AI usage records that are not required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or legal compliance.
Timing and limited retention
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten. Limited purchase, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Data stored on your device
A cloud deletion request does not erase data stored locally on your phone. To remove local tasks, settings, Coach history, and any personal API key, use the app's available deletion controls, clear Commitment's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
Premium subscription
Deleting your Commitment data does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop future renewal, cancel Commitment Premium separately in Google Play subscriptions.
